bball/simbajune has been back for a while...

As columbiahopeful.

I thought it was a little weird when somebody jumped right into attacking ILR and the contract colleges, and bringing up SAT data with terrible arguments to boot.

This is just and "fyi" type thread. Moving on...

How do you know it's him?

from what i've seen ILR is probably one of the colleges who has the most notoriety for being a legacy school...

its also very respected in the world of business...

he gives away enough information. I had a huge suspicion - then I verified it with facebook. I'm 100% certain.

On the whole ILR thing, he was just trying to get revenge on me or something, I made a fool of him in the past.

wait so is he transferring for a third time to columbia now? lol

no, he was rejected there once again (is this 3 times in a row???). Was rejected at a bunch of more schools before finally making the cut at Penn CAS (shouldn't a wannabe econ major be in Wharton anyways?).

lol ouch....so he's at penn for his last two years? did he hate northwestern as much as he hated cornell? how did you find all of this out?? haha

he hates everything and has issues that go beyond simply "fit" for a college.

hahaha....so how has he gotten into THREE amazing schools?? what's his deal?

bball has to be the most pathetic human being on this forum. Cornell to Northwestern to Upenn. I don't think he'll ever find happiness until he's at the school with the highest avg. SAT score.

...which will never happen. They all said no. Again. And again.

hahaha he transfered again! I wonder if he's been trolling the northwestern forum too now!

OMG- you might be right. I just read some of his postings and Columbiahopeful is still talking about SAT scores at Cornell. So there is a definite familiar pattern of behavior.
Assuming bball/columbia does apply to Law School next year as I think he was planning to do- me think he is going to have alot of 'splaining to do-
For one kid -to go to 3 of the top schools in the country in a matter of three years, is not the usual path a well adjusted person takes. Of course, if he gets a real high LSAT score, schools don't seem to care what type of person they admit. BBall- you better aim for a real great LSAT score.
but I guess if he doesn't do well on the test, he'll blame Cornell.

it's him, trust me. I have an excellent memory.

Lawyers are miserable people, I'm sure he'll fit right in.

what an ass.

Yeah it is him. He isn't that bad imo. Anyway, I really don't think it matters which school you go to for undergrad. I've met a couple people where I intern this summer who go to state schools. Although they don't go to an ivy, they are really smart and probably decided to go to a state school for financial reasons. I'm sure they'll be going to good grads schools.

He isn't bad? um....u must be new. And we aren't criticizing his schools...we r doing the opposite. We are saying he is never satisfied and just wants to go to the best school he can possibly be at. lmao wat a loser (esp cuz after he leaves his schools he makes fun of them)

he's probably still trying to live up to his crazy parents' expectations...aw.

I suspected a different poster, actually.

There was someone with "NU.." in his handle, who started posting only this March, and in late April harrangued me (on another school's sub-forum) about posts I'd made to the Cornell board, in a way that sounded suspect to me.

At the time of his post I had not posted to the Cornell board since the prior December; four months before he allegedly first registered.

Of course there are other possible explanations for this, but I suspected it was him.

could have been, this latest screen name is relatively new. I'm 110% certain that it's him though, and I'm not just basing it off of the SAT talk.
