I found this from a friend who is using it so I went online to order books thinking it would be good idea b/c by the time they call with the prices I'll already have attended the first day of classes and will be able to tell them which books I don't want. However, they ask for my credit card number....and I know it's secure but of course I'm hesitant about giving it to them. Can anyone assure me that I have nothing to worry about lol?

NVM I already ordered

I just heard about them too. But I know what you mean, their website doesn’t look too nice. How do their prices compare to the Co-Op?

I’m not sure, but my friend told me that they are supposed to be cheaper than the co-op, so I guess this site is better? But she did it yesterday night and they haven’t called her yet. I’m taking 16 credits and the co-op’s total including optional materials was $367 which I think is pretty good compared to some other people.

I haven’t dealt with them online but I have in person. In person, their customer service has much to be desired. I found them to be online slightly less than the coop. No one asked, but as far as buy backs at the end of the semester, they also pay slightly higher prices, but anything over $20 will be in the form of a check.

my friend tells me that she loves this place. Also, i bought my eco book from beatthebookstore because it was backordered at the coop. Their customer service was pretty good when i went there, 2 ppl asked me if i needed help! so they’re pretty helpful in locating your books as long as you tell them your classes. What fiyero says is the same as what my friend says.
