One of my teachers this semester trumped me out of an A since my borderline grade (89.9) doesn't count as an A, unfortunately. According to this, at most if I get all A's in junior year with two APs (hopefully), it'll be a 4.08 UC weighted GPA. I'm looking at the higher tier UCs like Berkeley or LA, although I certainly wouldn't mind going into a "lower" UC like SD or Davis - I just want to see how far I can go.

Berkeley's and LA's reported averages are 4.17/4.15, and I'd rather focus on getting good grades, doing well on the SAT, and maintaining and expanding my current EC's and enjoying my life for the next two years, than being depressed about this. Does it really matter THAT much for the higher tier UCs, and colleges in general, if your GPA misses the cutoff for average GPA?
