Beneficial to take 9 AP Classes in senior year?

9 AP Classes? Are you Indian or Chinese?

Only nine? And you think you can get into a good school?
IMHO, 9 might cut it for community college.

AB and BC calc are so similar in content that there’s no point in taking both of them. The difference is mainly in the way you approach problems and the depth in which you focus on the subject. You’ll essentially be taking the same class twice. Also, you cant take the AB and BC exam in the same year anyway.

Thread is almost two years old.

this is kinda late, but don’t take 9 ap courses. 9 ap tests is fine since they are trivial - self-studied for 5 hours ap compsci stat bc and physics’s and got 5s (ended up racing the guy next to me to see who could finish first) - but ap courses are hard since teachers don’t want you to think the classes are trivial and make you worry about your grade.

@69forthewin‌ This thread is from 2012 so I think the OP’s senior year has already passed.

@dsi411 ahh good observation…
