Berkeley Haas vs. Michigan Ross vs. Virginia McIntire vs. NYU Stern vs. CMU Tepper vs. Swarthmore

Really not sure which to choose. I understand that for some programs, I have to apply later (instead of pre-admit).
Anybody with insights on any of the schools?

Specifically for finance/applied math/business.

Haas is a top school, but what makes it difficult is that only 40% of pre-Haas students are admitted into Haas, with the rest going to Econ or some other major. You apply for Haas as a junior.

Also, Haas is purely business administration.

If you are really interested in business and can directly get admitted into it at, for example, Stern, there is definitely a lot of value in it.

You also need to consider costs (i.e., if you don’t live in California, can you afford $60,000 per year?) and what type of job you want and where you want to work (SF/Silicon Valley? NYC? etc).
