If money is not a factor, go for the pre-admit to Ross.
I agree, the Ross preadmit is worth a lot and would steer me towards UM. If you consider Berkeley you would need to 1) research what is necessary to transfer into Haas, what % of applicants are accepted etc. and 2) be OK with the idea of not majoring in a business discipline if you don’t get into Haas.
It may depend on how critical is it for you to get into business school. For UMich, you are pre-admitted into a great business school already. Nevertheless, even both schools are affordable to your, it would be nice to save $100k for anyone.
