<p>Check out the Regents Scholarship Website. Definitely call the Regents Scholars office. Make sure they know how little you know about the program so that it is thoroughly explained to you. Ask a regents scholar to call your child to explain the program. Less than 1% of the applicants to Berkeley are offered this. It is a preferential status within the school. There are many, many advantages, like a faculty adviser for four years, and much, much more. Here’s a start:
