Berkeley vs UCSD for Pharmacy

If I wanted to go into pharmacy, would it be better to go to UCSD because they have a pharmacy school there, or would it be better to go to Berkeley, then apply to UCSD's pharmacy school?

P.S. I also got into University of the Pacific's pre-pharm 3+2 program, but I still feel that a degree from there will not be competitive later on when I am looking for a job. Please provide any advice or information you can, I am really feeling the strain from all of this confusion.

UCSD for sure. It is a hotbed for the sciences.

. .

UOP's pharm program is great, from what I've heard. I got accepted to the same program and I'm somewhat regretting my decision to come here. Too much competition for med school, lol.

Point is, I've heard two things: the name-brand of the school doesn't matter so much when you're out looking to get a job as a pharmacist. the other thing i've heard is that some people don't look too highly upon the acc. pharm program, mainly potential co-workers. But I think maybe that's it's just a bit of jealousy going on. ;)

Isn't it too late to apply to uop pharm program >.<? hmm competition is fierce at all top schools though.. so..yea..

how much free time do you get?.. I want to have a social life..somewhat..

This is not true. One of my relatives went to this school and can't stop working. Making so much money. Perhaps ~$200K+.
This school is also known for dental. The only problem is it's expensive.

just pick on which school you like better for the environment there and once youre there if you really wanted to be prepharm im sure that you would succeed anywhere
