Please tell me the best possible book to study for the ACT. I just failed the PSAT and really don't want to screw up my ACT Score. Any advice is welcome.
Thanks

Princeton Review
Real ACT guide
i improved 4 points

The Real Act Prep guide.

Princeton review is the best for prep, Real ACT has the real tests, so its best for tests. The best advice for the ACT is read the book and then take a bunch of practice tests. I just read the english part of the Princeton book because that was all I had time for and I went from a 27 to a 34 in English (though AP English could have helped with that too)

a month before i got the real act guide just to make sure i knew exactly what to expect

the mcgraw hill book makes a lot of mistakes - but they give you like 8 or 9 practice tests which is amazing

goodluck!

My first advice would be to take a class...don't do tutoring though. Also I liked PR. Try to get as many real tests as you can and just practice. Good luck.
