The Medical Center is southeast of the Rice campus. All areas immediately surrounding Rice are quite nice. The areas to the east and south of the Medical Center are less desirable.

LSU, Auburn, and UF.

Both Sewanee and Furman have beautiful campuses.

in no particular order:

UVA, UNC, Davidson, Furman, Wofford, W&L, WF, Duke.

In my opinion, it is hard to beat UVA and Davidson.

William & Mary is beautiful, but there is a mystique walking in the footsteps of Washington, Jefferson, Monroe, Marshall, Clay, Tyler etc… Founding of Phi Beta Kappa, first Honor Code.

Double post

Agnes Scott was named 2nd most beautiful campus a few years ago (behind Pepperdine).

The Savannah campus of SCAD has some beautiful buildings, and some of the most truly innovative use of space I’ve ever seen.

I think USC has a lovely campus, including their super-groovy gold-flecked 70s era library.
