Best Cell Phone Coverage

My son needs a new phone/plan and will be attending OSU. Just looking for opinions on who has the best coverage in that area.

I think any cell phone carrier will have good coverage in Columbus. I have Verizon and have never had problems while I was there. On that note, my cousins and aunt and uncle who live in Columbus also have Verizon. So Verizon works, haha.

Anyone having issues with ATT cell service this fall?

We have verizon and the only time we had problems was on game day (home games). But that may be all carriers. Other than that, we love verizon.

Sprints coverage is ok here. We even hag 4g (wimax)!

*Edit^: Unless you go to a football game :-p . I think Sprint’s cell towers were overloaded. I couldn’t send text messages, and when actually using the phone I could hear other people conversations and numbers being dialed… And now that I have a 4g LTE phone, it kind of sucks because Sprint doesn’t have LTE coverage here, only WIMAX.
