We currently have ATT wireless service, but I am thinking of switching to Sprint. Does anyone use Sprint, and are there many dropped calls with Sprint? I know my DS's roommate had Verizon service and it did not seem to work in the dorm, so Sprint seems like the next option.

Sprint is the best at Michigan.
I seriously am the only one that can text and go on the internet during football games, whereas all my Verizon/AT&T friends can’t. And in the dorm, all of the carriers suck but I have more coverage than they do.

So go Sprint!

went here this summer, verizon was the worst ( in dorm rooms), by far. People with at&t always had service

“People with at&t always had service”

Haha those people must be very lucky then because I never have service

I have AT&T and I have literally never not had service anywhere in SE Michigan, including in basements and at football games. However, my sister is on the same plan and has all sorts of problems, so I wonder if the specific phone makes a difference. Mine is nothing special, I got it in 2005, but I have had no issues with it.

We had sprint eons ago and it sucked, but I have heard things have changed since then. We haven’t had any reason to switch from at&t so I wouldn’t know.

i have verizon. it sucks here. text messages that my friends send literally come 30-40 mins late sometimes.

Son has AT&T on iphone. Reliable everywhere except North Campus. THAT SAID he doesn’t go to the football games – if it’s anything like Lollapalooza, I can imagine that service is strained on At&T then.

Yeah, DS is on North Campus and ATT keeps cutting out - especially when he’s in his dorm. Very frustrating. Does anyone use Sprint?
