<p>you really can't compare ease when the rates are so low...it depends on the year too...</p>
<p>Penn's transfer rate for math isn't that low, but the others are hard to compare.</p>
<p>Princeton should be disqualified. It doesn't take transfer.</p>
<p>By number alone, Penn for sure. But that doesn't mean it is easy to get into.</p>
<p>NYU and UChicago have respected math programs. And unlike Princeton, they actually accept transfer applications :P</p>
