Best college for studying economics

Hi! Does anyone which colleges offer great economics program?

If you attend a university with a business college, the economics students likely won’t enjoy the networking and career opportunities that the business students enjoy. You’ll need to narrow your search more. Are you interested in private colleges or local public universities?

If you’re looking for undergrad programs:

The best colleges for studying economics are quite obviously the ones with the best graduate programs (i.e. UChicago, MIT, Harvard, Berkeley, Princeton)

Some lower ranked undergraduate institutions with reputable economics departments are Minnesota (ranked 10, tied with Columbia) and UW Madison (ranked 14).

However, unless you plan on going to graduate school, I wouldn’t really focus too much on the rankings. If you’re looking for a job straight out of college, it may be to your advantage to study finance or business.
