Best Colleges Offering Full Rides?

I’m interested in going to undergraduate college at little or preferably no cost. I’ve been most interested in colleges with prestigious economic undergraduate programs, and I have most recently been interested in Rutgers and University of Michigan. However, as an OOS, full ride opportunities seem unavailable in these schools. Are there any other schools with prestigious economic undergraduate programs that offer any full ride opportunities to OOS students? If so, what requirements do these schools hold for them?

Have you looked there?

From what I’ve seen and heard, the typical statistics for a full ride at Rutgers are a 35 ACT, 4.0 GPA, rigorous course load, and high class rank along with some extra curricular activities. Does anyone know if I am wrong on this or any more information about Rutgers’ full ride scholarships?

You’re OOS for Rutgers so it wouldn’t be a “full ride” for you.

Do you have an Act 35? If not, what is your score?

What is your home state?

What is your PSAT score? Are you a likely NMFS?

What is your major and career goal?

Is your family low income? Or are they middle class but can’t pay for college?

For economics: Duke, Maryland, UNC, UVa. But those are all extraordinarily difficult to win.
