You can look at their Common Data Sets and probably consider the 25th %ile to be a floor for unhooked applicants, but there really is no min.
You have a decent chance at UCSD with your GPA and ACT score not your SAT. UC’s will also consider your EC’s and essays so spend time on those 2 items. One question, how can you be accepted to Wisconsin if you are not a Senior? No minimum scores for any schools but you need to look at the common datasets to see their lowest accepted score as stated above by ^^Erin’s Dad. There is no guarantee at any school even if you meet the minimum.
