Best Exeter Dorms

wow lol

u know whats strange? i keep finding random food and money in my pockets o.O fatty me lol

@Tuesdayair: XD I requested. [P.S. 4th floor misses you. a lot.]

Seriously though, donā€™t request. I know, hypocrite right here. I probably would have been placed in my dorm anyway just because of the peopleā€¦
Yaā€™ll should wait until you get placed and wait a year. Youā€™ll love your dorm either way. And itā€™s not like youā€™re stuck with them forever. My friend lives in a house [and sheā€™s a new student] and she practically LIVES in a friendā€™s room in Bancroft. Itā€™s quite hilarious.

I disagree. If a particular dorm is appealing to you, you should request it. First off, itā€™s a ā€œrequestā€ and especially if you are a prep there is no certainty that you will be placed there at all. Remember that priority is given to seniors, then uppers, etc. If you want to request a dorm because you like it and feel you would fit in there, go ahead. If you have no idea, dont stress. the suspense is fun!

Iā€™m deciding between Webster, Abbot, and Peabody. Can anybody tell me anything more about there dorms. I know Abbot has some pretty quirky traditions.

Iā€™m going to be a new upper so does that mean I would most likely end up in a house? I think Iā€™d rather be in a larger dorm so I could get to know a lot of people quickly.

How would one go about requesting a dorm?
