best housing payment plan?

from: Residence Hall Triple Room Rates 2010-2011 (1004363)

which housing payment plan, A, B, or C, would be the cheapest? cause i'm somehow confused by all the different price listings, and have no idea what an initial payment is :P

They come out to the same amount I believe. It’s just about how long you want to hold on to your money.

Always go with the latest payment. That way you can collect interest on your money in the bank while it waits to be used to be paid. You can earn a whole dollar or something like that this way!

Comes out the same. It’s just how you (or your parents) would prefer to pay. Also, your credit limit on your credit card would play a role too if you plan to pay by card.

When you calculate the rates, for example for Residential Plaza Single like in De Neve:

14B Meal Plan
Quarterly: $4450X3=13350 plus the initial payment plan = $13850
Full Payment: $17,812
