<p>Today I received a brochure on the different housings available at UIUC. I'm going to UIUC as an undergraduate freshman (college of engineering), and I was wondering which housing do you guys think is the best? I'm leaning towards the Hendrick House because 57% of engineers go there. </p>

<p>Also do you guys know when I should submit an application for housing? I applied to other schools and IF I GET ACCEPTED I AM GOING TO GO THERE. So I don't want to waste like $200 for the deposit. So basically I want to know which houses which run out of spaces quick so I don't set my heart on those.</p>

<p>you get $150 of the $200 back if you let them know that you are not going by May 1st...at least that is for university housing. </p>

<p>What schools are you waiting for? Do you think you have a pretty good shot to get in elsewhere?</p>
