Best humanities/government/international relations summer programs?

I've compiled a list of several programs I'm considering as options for next summer.
Some of them I know are very selective, while some are not. I'd appreciate if everyone could share their opinions of each program, its selectivity, its prestige, its experience, etc. I want to make a list of the ones I want to apply to the most. Also if you have any other programs in mind that you think I should add to this list, let me know.

- TASP
- IVY Scholars at Yale
- CTY at JHU
- Oxbridge NYC
- Cornell Summer College
- Columbia PreCollege
- Yale Precollege
- UPenn Precollege
- UChicago American Litigation Program
