Best kinesiology, exercise science, or sports medicine schools?

is there any place where i can find a list of the top ranked schools for these majors?
I know a couple, UGeorgia, Arizona state university, penn state, but am having a hard time finding more. maybe top 10-25 schools? also, if you can find any updated rankings that would be great, thanks!

You might want to consider going to the UK. In which case, I’d recommend Loughborough University. [Loughborough University](http://www.lboro.ac.uk/)

One of the the best things you can do is look at the PhD rankings. Generally, good PhD program indicates a solid undergraduate program also.

I knew many undergrad and grad students from the program at ASU years ago. They were all very bright and the program was tough. ASU’s program has pretty tough entrance requirements I believe. Not just anyone can major in it at ASU.

*My mom only makes around 15-20k at most, supporting two kids and a single parent. I have really good grades (4.2-4.3 weighted, ~3.8 UW) havent taken SAT’s or ACT yet. *

Tahoe…from your earlier posts you indicate that you’re low income from Calif. OOS publics are not going to work for you unless you get huge merit. If you want to be a physical therapist, then there are affordable state schools for you in Calif where you’ll get Cal Grants and such along with a Pell Grant.

You also want a football team…also look at SDSU, Fresno State, San Jose State.

In another post, you say that you’re going to apply to 15 schools. That’s a lot of money for a low income student…cost of apps, having scores sent, etc. You won’t get fee waivers for all of those. I think you’d get about 4 waivers or so. So, your apps and sending scores would easily be over $1000.00. Be very careful with this and don’t waste your mom’s precious money on OOS schools that will not work like Penn St, UGA, etc. Penn State and UGA do not give large merit or generous need-based aid to out of state students. So, it is a waste of time and money to apply to schools like that.

Have you gotten any test scores yet? If so, and they’re good, you could get large merit scholarships from some schools.

Also, since you’re a URM, you should also be looking for some privates that want more URMs and give great aid.

Once you have test scores, maybe someone here can recommend some that also have the football aspect that you want. If your scores are high, then Stanford, USC, Cal, UCLA, Notre Dame, etc would be good.

i was actually looking at san diego state, how good is their kinesiology program?
