!!Best Method to CONCENTRATE During SATs?? Monster? Coffee? Chocolate?

The real secret is to twich around a lot. It keeps you stimulated and distracts other to help you when curving time comes 'round. Just wiggle your arms and snap your neck all the time.

^ hahahahhaha

I didn't do anything. I got ~4-5 hours of sleep the night before [if I recall correctly, at least], didn't eat breakfast, and didn't, um, do anything that you're "supposed" to do in prep for a test day or whatever. Heck, I didn't even study! Lol. And I pulled off a 2300.
Just don't change your behavior, because the different atmosphere will make it prolly more stressful and difficult - but if you keep everything just normal and relaxed, you'll be fine.

edit - Oh yeah, and if I'm actually going to answer the OP's question properly - Just, uh, stop looking around? It is the SAT, which is, well, kind of important, lol. I think that alone calls for the concentration you want. As for like.. break food/drinks that everyone's talking about, I brought a whole bag of chips with me and ate that throughout the break times, and had a huge thing of iced tea. Lol. :]

Thanks for all your good advice!!! Good luck to everyone today!!:)

i by chance heard that don't drink coffee within 1 hour before the test. It may cause you to be high , you know ? you are overexcited , and , boom, your test may be not ok ^ ^ . But my i am addicted to COFFEE , so i cant miss it. So, i waked up early to drink coffee .
one more thing, if you can, take a short nap before the test. It helps you gain the memory and concentration

Chewing Gum. Ever wonder why baseball pitchers/hitters are always chewing gum? It increases concentration. Basketball players do it for the same reasons to improve free throw shooting.

Everyone is different. For me, I eat healthy and exercise very regularly. Not alcohol, cigs, drugs, etc. Meditation helps my concentration, too.

^ditto. i'm vegan. so basically, i always have a clear mind.
