<p>What is the best off-campus apartment that is in walking distance? I've read reviews online and asked my friends, and it seems like every place is terrible maintenance, too loud on the weekends, and has rude housing staff. I'm getting the impression that every place is bad... so I'm gonna have to pick my poison?</p>
