Best phone service for MHC?

Hi everyone,
I'm a new student for this coming Fall and just wonder what the best phone service for Mohos would be. I'm currently using AT&T ... do I need to change the service? How abt other phone service companies such as Verizon, T-mobile?
Thanks in advance!

We have Verizon, and everywhere I checked during my daughter's admitted student day visit had good reception. Our tour guide confirmed that Verizon is one of the services that works well on campus.

My daughter is a senior at MHC and has had AT&T for the past 3 years on campus. She has never had a problem with the service. She always has a strong signal.
You don't need to change.

Keep AT&T. I've had that for the past two years on campus and I've gotten reception in all dorms, academic buildings, and the campus center. Don't get Sprint because you won't get reception in the far ends of campus, and Verizon is fine but with that service, you will not get reception in the lower level of Blanchard (the cafe area). The lower level is where you get your food, so getting reception there might be important to you.

Some other places have bad Verizon reception too, but they all escape me.

Thank you for the advice...
sigh my bf might go to a school where only Verizon works the best...

That's why you have nights and weekends... you're not going to be calling him while you're in class or socializing, so the times you'll have to do it will prob be at night anyway. Keep AT&T. It will work itself out.

How's the reception for T-Mobile at Mount Holyoke?

waiyan, I don't go to Mount Holyoke but I've used a T-Mobile cell phone while there, and it worked fine.

It works fine in some places, but it doesn't get excellent service. Try to stay away from t-mobile if you can.

According to my daugher, ATT...absolutely!
