Best place for someone like me to live?

I need a city to live in after graduation.

It can't be cold nor hot. I think yearly not hotter than 95 and no colder than 50.
Open-minded areas (because I'm gay)
Non-superficial or overly money obsessed
Relatively decent cost of living but not dirt poor
Nice area to raise kids with excellent schools
Home prices in the 500k-3million range
Near a city but not too close or very busy
Has cultural outlets in the closest major city
Are there any places that would be good for me in the US like this?

sf, its got one of the coldest summers, and warmest winters in the country. hardly ever too hot or too cold. thats one of the coolest cities iv ever been too, theres always something going on, and as im sure everyone already knows, they are very accepting of gays and any other minority....just as long as your not republican lol

^i was gonna say that

i was gonna say new york or its suburbs but it's currently 18 degrees with a feel-like temperature of 2, so i guess that's out.

yeah new york is WAAAAY too cold. I was thinking San Diego or maybe LA though. I'm sure I could find some nice land to build a house on right?

san diego over LA, i think. LA is gross and smoggy and nearly everyone is hella stuck up and superficial. go for the suburbs of san diego! or anywhere in that part of california really.

if you're looking to build a house on some nice land maybe check out oregon, around portland, or washington around seattle. those are both great cities with absolutely gorgeous surrounding nature.

Maybe Napa? That fits (some) of your description.

Yeah, some people here think they're better than other people. Not at all like other places.
