Best places to visit at Cal?

I have a visitor that's visiting me this weekend and I want to show him the very best of the Berkeley campus and its surroundings!!

Any ideas of where I can take him? (example: libraries, museums, nice views, good places to eat, etc.)

Sather Tower/Gate, Memorial Grove (4.0 Hill... I think...), Haas Pavilion, the building with the smallest bear on it, and Pimentel (with the revolving walls).

If you go up to Lawrence Hall of Science the view is amazing on a clear day.

top dog :)

sproul plaza (talk about the historical significance of it), the jimi hendrix etch-on-stone near sather gate, the top of the campanile, the VLSB dinosaurs, and definitely the lawrence hall of science.

for the surroundings, take your friend down telegraph...to yogurt park, to blondies/fat slice, to amoeba or rasputin, to any of the used clothing stores...

Big C .

It is homecoming this weekend, so several museums are open that usually aren't, such as the vertebrate museum. Check Cal's website for into.

Evans Hall - The most beautiful building on campus

^^Thats funny

VLSB Courtyard!

thanks so much guys! i've never even been to Lawrence Hall so that should be interesting! xD
