Hey everyone. I was wondering if I could have some help picking the best business college for my stats. My dream is to become a wall street investment banker. I live in wisconsin and would like to stay around the midwest if possible for college. However, it wouldn't be a big deal if I went somewhere farther away. Let's say that the price isn't a factor. Here are my stats.
32 Act (highest in my class and senior class, if that matters)
3.7 uw gpa, class rank top 20% Low freshman grades, will have all A's the rest of my junior and senior year
will have taken 4 APs by the end of my senior year
Average EC's (student council, sports, etc.) I also make apps which have grossed around $25,000
URM, first gen college student
So far I've been looking at(In order) UW madison, U of M Twin Cities, UIUC, and Northwestern as a high ish reach
I know these aren't target schools for investment banks but would I get into any that are? If you guys could suggest other colleges, that'd be great.

bump

You’re not looking at the right colleges. As a low-income, first-gen, URM with a 32ACT, a rigorous schedule and high grades, you’re a prized commodity for the top colleges - those that are targets or near AND meet 100% need.
If you got into those colleges, you may end up paying less than at your -in-state flagship.
(look up “colleges that meet 100% need” online)
I’m not suggesting you should apply to Harvard or Wharton, but as a reach, beside Northwestern, look at Williams or Amherst, Notre Dame, etc.
For a match, perhaps Indiana-Kelley (if you can get scholarships - the OOS costs are likely to be too high) and your in-state flagship(s).
Now, in all likelihood, you will change your mind about what to major in - but if your interest in banking continues, for the most favorable career outcomes you wouldn’t major in business, but in Quantitative Economics (this has several names), Math, or Applied Math.

Thanks for the information, I’ll definitely look into some of the colleges you suggested. Also, I did say that the cost is not a factor. I’m fortunate enough to have plenty for college. Does that make a difference in what colleges I should be looking at?

Shoot, sorry, you did say cost wasn’t a factor but when I quickly recapped the post for myself I misread the $25,000… My apologies.
But you’re still URM/first gen, which is looked for (Hamilton or Colgate, for example).
Since cost isn’t a factor, Indiana-Kelley is an easy choice for a match.
