Best residence hall

I'm deciding to apply for dorms, and as a transfer student preferring upper division housing, unit 3 is my first choice. But, I don't know what my other preferences would be, so would anyone like to give a brief summary of the pros and cons of each unit?

Well, Im a transfer student too, so I know all about this. Unit 3 was not one of the recently renovated Units (thats only 1 and 2) so supposedly its not as nice. I dont like the coed bathrooms in Spens Black and all of Unit 3. Other than the units, everyone says that Stern, Bowles, and Foothill are really quiet and not as social. Clark kerr is too far away (in my opinion). My first choice is the Wada Apartments in Unit 2, because its still Upper Division only, it has a private bathroom, and a kitchen. My second and third choices were the minisuites in Unit 1 and 2, because at least those have privatre bathrooms. Im young for a transfer (I tunr 19 on move-in day), so I dont care if I have to room with a freshman. My fourth choice was Spens Black, but I hope I dont live there. My last choice was Foothill, because there arent coed bathrooms. So there you have it. Feel free to PM me with any questions.

UnIt 3 uP in dA hizzouse.

i would prefer to ask questions here, if it's ok with you, since it's nothing really personal. I couldn't find any information on the unit 1-2 apartment housing for upper division students. what are the prices on those apartments?

I would prefer to room with transfers. The unit 1 and 2 minisuites were tempting but were too expensive, so they were off my list.

The only upper division apartment housing in the units is called the Yoritada Wada complex.

Its at the bottom of that page. It costs $6720 a year for a triple and $7370 for a double. Those prices are without a food plan though, so thats why theyre cheap.
