what is the best SAT II: U.S. History book?

There are lots of recent threads about this.

I used Sparknotes, Kaplan, and Barrons.

By far, Sparknotes was the best. However, others give Kaplan good reviews too.

thanks for helpin out again lindseylujh

how was barron's?

I found it to be pretty inaccurate.

I truly believe that Sparknotes is the best way to go. Possibly Kaplan. Both are better resources than Barrons.

I totally agree. Kaplan helped me a lot.

I have the PR one for the APUS test and it's really good, so I would guess their SAT II one would be also.

Yeah, I too have the PR APUSH guide. I still think that the Sparknotes book covers the most important material in the best format and has the best practice tests.

what did u get on the test lindsey?

Well, I had been out of the class for over a year, didn't start studying until 2 days before the test, got about 4 hours sleep the night before, and woke up late with only 15 minutes to get to my test center, and got a 760.

bump.........
