I was wondering which SAT prep book do you think is the most helpful in terms of practice tests that are most similar to the exact test. princeton review? Barron's? I know the CollegeBoard book is most similar but other than that is there another one that is most helpful? Also, which book is the best to build vocabulary like showing the most popular words? Thanks!

I don't know of any books that are better than the CollegeBoard book. That book is the best book to prep for the SAT in my opinion. It's made by the SAT makers and those practice tests will really be helpful.

So how do you practice after you've already taken the SAT once, assuming that you've finished the Blue Book?

Find old tests at your local library or something and use those. If there is a prep center in your area they probably have a bunch of old tests as well. You could see if they will let you use them.

Just skip the analogies for CR and the comparison questions for math.
