I'm in 7th grade and I'm in CTY. I'm going to take the SAT in Jan. 26. My vocab is pretty good but it's my biggest weakness. At school I use kaplan and everyone recommended it. After taking some practice tests and through some advice, I realized it was horrible. So now I'm thinking about direct hits (volume 1 and 2), rocket revolution (the vocab part of it), or Barron's hot words. I'm only going to choose one since I'm crammed for time ( I got to study for math, reading, and writing so I can't dedicate all my time to just vocab). Which one should I buy because I'm squished for time. I'll dedicate 2 hours a day to learn the words. Which one should I get so that I can learn all the words in the book within one month.

Barron's 9,99999 word list.

jk just do rocket reviews' 300 word list

Do you realize that 90 % of the topics are '''best vocab list '' or ''best prep book'' ?

There have been a ton of threads that say the Direct Hits and Rocket Review's list get the most hits on the test.
