Best SUNY Ed and History School?

<p>Im planning on transfering for History to study the Middle East, as well as International relations. I plan to get a job overseas working for the government and eventually come home and teach Middle Eastern history. I've been accepted to Binghamton and Geneseo but I cant decide which is best. Any help on which would be a better decision would be greatly appreciated!</p>
