if i go to visit UPenn during the summer, when is the best time to go? I was told that the best thing that can be done is to talk to students to get a feeling of the school. If i go to visit UPenn would i be able to talk to my regional representative. What if i am not sure who my representative is, where do i go to find out? I am a little wary because i live in new york city and i feel that there are a few representatives for a city of that size.

come anytime between now and august 4th, when summer session 2 ends and campus will clear out.

go right now before penn empties out. I remeber going late august and the campus looked so empty, totally different from the school year. Also, I would suggest making more than one trip: one to get a general feel of the school, and once @ spring fling to see penn's debauchery at its finest

If you live in NYC you are close. You would be fine to come just following Labor Day as classes begin Wed. and the campus is fill of students. I don't know what constitutes summer in your mind but geographically you are close. Take advantage of that and take bus or regional rail.

im visiting over night this summer :)

chinatown bus (east broadway and something... google coach2000 or something like that) $20 round trip to philly, and it's a two hour trip. very convenient
