<p>I’ve noticed that the UA scholarship office doesn’t respond to questions sent in by me (a parent) on that on-line address. I’m wondering if it’s because I don’t put in a UA ID number. Maybe that sends my e-mail to their junk mail?? I do need to contact them about a scholarship stacking question and was wondering what you guys have found to be the best way to contact them? If you call, is there a particular person to ask for? THANKS so much. </p>

<p>I have reached them by phone successfully, but really like the online chat (from the admissions page I think). Not only do they respond immediately and in real time, but you have a transcript of the conversation if needed.</p>
