best way to prep for the math act?

Hey guys, I've been taking a bunch of practice for the act and it seems like my scores are not going up at all anymore. Its like I'm at a standstill with progessing my math act scores. Does anyone have any suggestions to help imporve my score? A book, a website with helpful videos, or just anything? I just need some new ways to try to bring my score up a few points. I normaly struggle with the last ten problems and I can't seem to learn how to do them on my own. Any help or advice will be greatly apperciated and ill be taking the act in december so I don't have much time. Btw my score is stuck at 25 so there is pleanty of room for improvement lol.

Can anybody help me?

What really helped me with the Math ACT was the Princeton Review book and the Barron’s ACT math and science workbook. What you should do to practice kind of depends on what kind of difficulties you’re having with it: If there’s a decent amount of problems that you just don’t know how to do, then I would suggest taking a prep course or reviewing the math section in PR or another workbook before you take more practice tests. The ACT math section generally asks the same types of questions over and over again, so just figure out which areas you’re having problems with: statistics, geometry, trig, etc. Then review how to do those problems.

Then, once you feel comfortable with all of the information that will be on the test, you can try the full practice sections again. What helped me a lot was keeping track of time. Make sure you spend enough time on the beginning of the math section so that you don’t make stupid mistakes on problems that you already know how to do. Each questions counts for the same amount regardless of difficulty, so skip over the questions that may take you a little more time than the others or ones that you aren’t exactly sure how to complete, then come back to them at the end.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Thanks for the advice I apperciate it :). I have the prinston review rented out of the libary in my town and it seems pretty good. I’ve went over all the sections and drills but I still get confused on a couple of things on the test and don’t understand fully how to do some questions. Any more tips? Lol
