<p>I've heard verizon from multiple sources, It certainly worked great for the hours I was on campus. I don't know about banks</p>
<p>Definitely get verizon- it has the best service and most people on campus have it so u get to utilize the free verizon to verizon in network calling</p>
<p>if u want to use a local bank, there's tompkins county and m&t. I just stick with bank of america because there's easy access to atm in collegetown and also in the commons.</p>
