Just want opinions and info on which school has a better social life. Are they quite a bit alike? I know they're both right in the middle of their given cities.
I'm mostly wondering whether NYU is really as depressing and ununified (probably not a word) as everyone makes it out to be. Any responses are always appreciated.

My dad went to both, and says that BU had more of a campus feel versus the “campus” at NYU. Of course, I wouldn’t know though because I myself did not attend either college.

My D got accepted to both schools, visited both and decided to go to NYU. She has been happy with her decision and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Both schools have approx the same amount of students. Boston does have more of a campus feel. It all depends on what you afre looking for. NYU is large with most of its buildings in the village. As you go up in years you are removed slightly from the main part of school. The appeal of NYU is the access to the city and the opportunities NYC has to offer. My D does not find NYU depressing.
