I really do want to get college credit for my exams and I have already been admitted to college so it’s not a matter of admission chances? Should I work really hard to get 5’s on the majority and then just accept that I will probably get lower scores on the exams I wouldn’t have done well on anyways? Also please don’t tell me to aim for 5 fives because I tried that last year and it just leaves me stressed and unable to remember that may concepts.
It depends on the college you attend. Each has its own policy on what AP scores in what subjects count for credit units, subject credit, and prerequisite fulfillment.
While it depends, I think 5 4s are likely to be more valuable in admissions and potential credit. The 2s are almost certainly worth nothing in both cases.
