<p>I'm currently an undergrad at Rutgers and I want to double major in English and Design. We have two options for visual arts majors: BFA and BA. I would like to do a BFA but with my other coursework it would just prove to be entirely too much if I'm still looking to graduate in 2 1/2 years (I just started my sophomore year). </p>
<p>So my question is, would a BA be sufficient to get a job in the Design field? I would still be getting the same amount of Design classes as the BFA. The only thing that changes is I have no classes in other mediums, and I don't do a thesis or exhibition.</p>
