<p>Uh-oh! I have a BIG problem on my hands. For a couple months now, I had been dealing with problems regarding the forms required to receive Financial Aid disbursement (more specifically, the Title IV Exclusion form). We had sent it to the Florida State University Office of Financial Aid THREE times, with the third time being the charm. HOWEVER, it seems we filled out the Title IV Exclusion form for the wrong year (we first filled the form out in early June). It is now August 15th, one day past the deadline for the required documents and my Financial Aid Student Toolkit still shows that I have outstanding documents. Any thoughts on what to do? I would REALLY like my Financial Aid disbursed!</p>
<p>contact your school. No one on here can get your funds disbursed, only the school can. </p>
<p>Go in and physically give them the form. Fax them a form. Ask them what you must do.</p>
