<p>In the last month, a "Financial Aid Administrator" at my school has managed to submit about 10 corrections to my FAFSA.</p>
<p>The problem seems to be that whoever entered the information on my verification worksheet put the number in college wrong. They put that only 1 was going to attend school, but there's 2 of us (my husband and I) and we are both going to school. </p>
<p>I've spoken to 3 "counselors" but they've been mostly very rude to me (as if all of this were my fault) and haven't been able to correct the problem. </p>
<p>Just today there's been 2 corrections made to my FAFSA within 1 minute of each other and after 30 minutes of my own correction (which I was instructed to do by the last financial aid counselor I saw).</p>
<p>It seems that my EFC hasn't been made "official" and my grant for spring has disappeared from my package (even though they say it hasn't, it's just i can't see it on my end or something like that). </p>
<p>What's the next step to take with this? I'm very ready to go higher up the ladder of this joke of a Financial Aid office.</p>
