<p>My freshman is living at The Vern. He thinks its easy to ride a bike to and from classes on Foggy Bottom. Does anyone know if students do that?</p>
<p>going to mount vernon will not be fun. it’s up a huge hill- MOUNT vernon lol. it’s also pretty busy and i think they’re still doing construction so there’s no sidewalk once you past georgetown.</p>
<p>I know some people who have a bike on campus, but I don’t really know anyone who uses their bike regularly to get to class. It’s definitely do-able, but it’s a bit of a treck and would take some time. He might try renting a bike from the Lloyd Gym at Mt. Vernon (it’s free-you just exchange your GWorld for a bike) and riding back and forth between the campuses a few times before buying his own bike or bringing one from home.</p>
