Alright so I want to hear what you guys think about Bing vs BU. Going to visit bing in a few days.

Major: Biology (looking to get into medical school)
-I heard Bing's biology/ sciences aren't that strong?

cost: BU: 20k a year, Bing: 5k a year.
-Cost is definitely important although I can pay the 20k per year. I just don't know if its worth it.

Any advice is appreciated.

All I know about Bio at Bing is that there are A LOT of people on the pre-med track. Bio can’t possibly be THAT bad in this case…

Basically, what’s really at issue is a $15,000 price difference and traditional college experience and campus vs. non traditional college experience and campus. You’re also either in the middle of Boston or in the middle of nowhere. It all depends on what you want in a school.

But, hey, they’re both BU. So you won’t lose that either way. ;)

^yea, im not saying that bing’s biology/ premed is bad but more like its not super strong. the campus/ non-campus is really not that big of a deal to me either.

Both schools have excellent reputations. Personally, I don’t believe Boston U. is worth paying $60,000 more over four years.

yea thats what i was thinking especially if i plan to go to medical school afterwards.
