Hey again, I just need to know how much competition is there to get As at Binghamton compared to other top-notch colleges? Does the strictness of the grading policy vary within each schools at Binghamton?

Just like at any University, grading policies can differ between: TAs, professors, departments and colleges.

For example, in some classes the professor will use a normal distribution (centered on a B-, for example) in formulating grades for a large class. In another class, there might not be a curve at all.

How are you suppose to earn an A in a “B-” class then if it relies on the class size?

How’s the policy held in the School of Management?

Each professor can pretty much do whatever they want. It can be extremely hard to earn an A in some classes, and pretty easy in others.
