<p>The 5k difference between Buffalo and Binghamton is a no brainer. I would rank UMass>Delaware in finance. So your discussion really comes down to Binghamton vs UMass, i’d go Binghamton since UMass will still be more expensive with the 8K scholarship. </p>

<p>In that case, its largely dependent on where you want to work. UMass has good rep in Mass and Boston (especially accounting) and Binghamton has weight in NY.</p>
