Bio SATII?

I took bio over a year ago and dont have room to take ap bio. Because I am applying to some premed/BSMD programs, i feel like i need to take the bio SATII in november to compete with applicants who have taken ap bio (i did ap chem and ap physics instead). I wanted to know if it is possible to self study and get 750+ with such a long break from a subject. also, should i take E or M for the programs im looking at? Finally, can anyone recomend a prep book?

Yes, it is possible to self-study without taking AP Bio and get 750+, I'm going to do just that. Countless others on this forum have done it also. Molecular would be best for pre-med. I would recommend Barrons if you have a lot of time and/or have the patience to read dry, dull facts that might be on the test. Kaplan+Princeton Review for a more lively, but just as relevant, way to learn biology,

yes you can get a very good score by doing self studying, I recommend reviewing the book for barron's, and I think you shall do well since you have already taken biology as a sophomore
