Bio SL vs. AP/IB Chinese?

I'm planning on a full IB schedule next year (with 7 AP/IB and one regular class) and I'm interested in biology. However, the teacher at our school is described to "skim over various concepts" and "not prepare you well enough for the AP/SL test."

I'm worried I won't have enough time to self-study for the bio test in accordance with my other AP classes, while taking AP/IB Chinese would be almost a waste of time when I'm fluent in the language. Would it be better to drop Chinese and take chances with SL Bio, or find another SL class such as Econ or History to complete one of my SL requirements?

EDIT:

Here's my lineup for SL/HL classes, junior and senior year respectively. I greatly appreciate any input!

SL: Psychology, Math, --
HL: Chinese, Art, English, Chemistry
