How is biology/pre-med at Case? Do they prepare you well for the MCAT and future med-school endeavors, or is it just rigorous work with a lot of self-studying? I know there are a lot of research opportunities for pre-med students -- are the spots for these very competitive and limited? Any insight from recent alumni or from those who are familiar with Case is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

It’s a very strong program. Students generally do very well on the MCAT and have competitive applications. I would argue there are actually more research spots than students. I haven’t heard of students having issue finding research positions, especially in the sciences.
