Biology E or M?

I feel like I have the ability answer M questions but I always get them wrong. I usually get E right because it's common sense but I haven't reviewed the material since freshman year. My AP Bio teacher skipped over it because he said it's not on the AP test. Should I take M and see how I'll do or should I stick with E to make sure I'll get it right?

You still have time to review the material for E. It’s pretty straight forward so I’m sure you could do it thoroughly in a day if you wanted to.

I heard M has a better curve. But Barron’s says differently. Who is right??
