Biology E: Princeton Review or Barron's?

I've read many posts on this, but people are divided. Half recommend PR and half Barron's. I heard that the Barron's was a really thin book, why is that?

Which one is the BEST? & Why?
Thank you very much.

I’ve heard that they compliment each other well… so I suppose ideally you should get both.

If you can only go with one, I would go with Barron’s (if you are already decent at Biology) and want to challenge yourself. If the difficult tests end up just discouraging you, or you don’t know the material well enough to do a Barron’s test, I don’t really think they would end up helping you. In that case, I would go with Princeton.

Thank you neekzg, I’m going to get Barron’s now. And once i’m done if I still have time (unlikely) I’ll do some PR tests.

I’ve seen almost all the topics on CC about Barron’s and PR for Biology, and honestly, neekzg’s post up there is the true summary.

I always go with Barron’s just to be safe. But I have another question. I took the APES exam this May and got a 5 by reading the Barron’s book cover to cover. I’m taking Biology E this November, do you think reviewing the Barron’s APES book will be enough?
